This is one of those movies that not enough people have seen. It was filmed right in the heyday of Pacino’s career, and it is right there with his greatest performances. It is another performance filled with irresistible energy and an emotional core. This time, he is playing the undisputed hero of the film, not the anti-hero or evil protagonist. He dominates the film that is filled with quality character actors, and the final court scenes are among the best court scenes ever filmed. Pacino just kills it in this movie. Amazing.
